Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
No. RepDash operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once you have accessed the service, you are not eligible for refunds. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions.
How does the first-month promotion work?
New subscribers get a discounted first month: Pro at $39 (normally $49/mo) and OG at $149 (normally $199/mo). After your first month, you'll be charged the regular monthly rate. Cancel anytime.
What is the custom brand request feature?
Pro users can unlock custom brand tracking for $10 per brand (one-time fee). OG users get unlimited custom brand requests included. Once unlocked, we scrape eBay sold listings for that brand and the data appears privately in your dashboard within 5-15 minutes.
When will I be charged after the first month?
After your first month at the promotional rate, your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate (Pro: $49/mo, OG: $199/mo). You can cancel anytime before your renewal date.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Email support@rep-dash.com with "Change Plan" in the subject line. We'll help you upgrade or downgrade.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a password reset link.
How accurate is your eBay and Vinted data?
We aggregate publicly available data from eBay and Vinted. While we strive for accuracy, data may contain errors or become outdated. Always verify information independently before making business decisions. See our Terms of Service for our data disclaimer.
Can I share my account with others?
No. Account sharing is prohibited under our Terms of Service. Each user must have their own account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Do you offer refunds for technical issues?
No. Temporary service interruptions or bugs do not qualify for refunds. We work to resolve issues quickly, but occasional downtime is inherent to any software service.
Is RepDash affiliated with eBay or Vinted?
No. RepDash is an independent third-party service that aggregates publicly available eBay and Vinted data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with eBay or Vinted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.
