STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: RepDash operates under a NO REFUNDS policy. By subscribing and accessing our service, you acknowledge and agree that you are NOT entitled to any refund for subscription fees or one-time brand unlock purchases.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains our strict no-refund stance for RepDash subscriptions and one-time purchases. By signing up for RepDash, you explicitly agree to this policy.
2. No Refunds Policy
2.1 No Refunds After Service Access
Once you have logged into RepDash and accessed any features, data, or tools, you are NOT eligible for ANY refund.
This includes but is not limited to:
- First-month promotional subscription fees (Pro: $39, OG: $149)
- Standard monthly subscription fees (Pro: $49/month, OG: $199/month)
- One-time brand unlock purchases ($10 per brand)
- Renewed subscription payments
- Multiple month charges if you forgot to cancel
2.2 Brand Unlock Purchases ($10 Each)
Brand unlock purchases are final and non-refundable. When you pay $10 to unlock a custom brand:
- The fee covers the scraping and data processing for that brand
- No refund is given if the brand returns fewer results than expected
- No refund is given if the brand data takes longer than expected to process
- No refund is given if you already have a subscription that includes the brand (e.g. public brands)
- The brand data remains accessible as long as your subscription is active
2.3 Reasons NOT Eligible for Refunds
You will NOT receive a refund for:
- Change of mind: "I decided I don't want it anymore"
- Lack of use: "I didn't use it this month"
- Forgot to cancel: "I meant to cancel but forgot"
- Dissatisfaction: "The data wasn't as accurate as I expected"
- Found alternative: "I found a cheaper service"
- Technical issues: Temporary service interruptions or bugs
- Misunderstanding: "I didn't know it would charge me"
- Financial hardship: "I can't afford it anymore"
- Brand results: "The brand I unlocked had fewer listings than I expected"
3. Subscription Billing
3.1 First-Month Promotional Pricing
New subscribers receive a discounted first-month rate:
- Pro Plan: $39 for the first month, then $49/month
- OG Plan: $149 for the first month, then $199/month
The promotional rate applies to the first billing cycle only. After the first month, your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate.
3.2 Monthly Subscription Charges
After your first month:
- You will be charged $49/month (Pro) or $199/month (OG) at the standard rate
- Billing occurs automatically every 30 days
- You will receive an email receipt after each charge
- Charges are final and non-refundable
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel if you no longer want the service. We are NOT responsible for charges incurred because you forgot to cancel.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to Settings in your dashboard
- Emailing support@rep-dash.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject
4.2 When to Cancel to Avoid Charges
IMPORTANT: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours BEFORE your renewal date.
Example:
- Renewal date: April 1st
- Last day to cancel: March 31st by 11:59 PM
- If you cancel on April 1st: You will still be charged for April (no refund)
4.3 After Cancellation
When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No future subscription charges will occur
- NO refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period
- Previously purchased brand unlocks remain accessible until your billing period ends
- Your account and data may be deleted after 30 days
5. Exceptions (Very Limited)
The ONLY circumstances where a refund may be issued:
5.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for the same billing period or the same brand unlock due to a technical error on our end, we will refund the duplicate charge only.
5.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error on our end (e.g., charged $99 when you signed up for the $49 Pro plan), we will refund the difference.
5.3 Charged After Cancellation
If you cancelled at least 24 hours before your renewal date but were still charged, we will refund that charge.
5.4 How to Request Exception Refund
To request a refund under these limited exceptions:
- Email support@rep-dash.com within 14 days of the charge
- Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include: Your account email, transaction date, amount charged, reason for refund
- Provide proof (screenshots of cancellation confirmation, duplicate charges, etc.)
Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1 Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/credit card company, you MUST contact us at support@rep-dash.com to resolve the issue.
6.2 Chargeback Consequences
Filing a chargeback for services you have already accessed constitutes breach of our Terms of Service.
If you file a chargeback in bad faith:
- Your account will be permanently terminated
- You will be banned from creating future accounts
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs and fees
- You may be reported to chargeback prevention databases
6.3 Valid Chargebacks
Valid reasons for a chargeback include:
- Fraudulent charges (your card was stolen and used without your permission)
- You were charged after your card expired or was closed
For these situations, please still contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
7. Service Interruptions
Temporary service outages, bugs, or technical issues do NOT qualify for refunds. We work to resolve issues as quickly as possible, but occasional downtime is inherent to any software service.
If there is an extended outage (24+ consecutive hours), we may offer service credits at our discretion, but refunds will NOT be issued.
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase prices:
- You will receive 30 days advance notice via email
- The new price applies to your next billing cycle after the notice period
- You can cancel anytime before the price increase takes effect
- If you do not cancel, you agree to the new pricing
9. Promotional Pricing
If you signed up during a promotional period with discounted pricing:
- The promotional rate applies only for the first month
- After the first month, you will be charged the standard rate
- Cancelling after the promo month does NOT entitle you to a refund
